This Friday, officials at the Metropolitan Bank of Havana, Cuba, announced that they have expanded access to appointment booking through the Ticket app with these features. Banco Metropolitano continues to modernize its services by expanding the availability of the booking appointments using the Ticket app, a digital tool that allows Havana customers to request service at certain branches without having to wait in long lines.
From now on, two new bank offices have been incorporated into this shift management system: the Branch 250, located at Linea and Paseo, Revolution Square, and the Branch 266, at O'Reilly and Compostela, Old Havana.
With this addition, there are now six branches offering this service, adding to those already enabled in Guanabacoa, Mariano, Saint Michael of Padron y Plaza of the Revolution.
Among the services available through the Ticket app are bank loan applications or extensions, the process of obtaining a home title, and opening or transferring savings accounts.

Users can book your appointment up to a week in advance in advance and up to 24 hours before the desired date.

The Ticket app is available for download from its official website and can also be accessed by scanning the QR code available in the bank's communications.
