"If you received your access credentials (username and password) but have not yet booked your appointment, you have only 10 days to do so. After June 23, these credentials will no longer be valid and users will be automatically removed from the system," reads the X of the Consulate. 

«It is important to clarify that the fundamental thing is book your appointment before June 23, although this may be for a later date. Users are requested to go to the Consulate General with its reservation receipt printed or digital, on the day of your appointment," it adds.

Criticism of delays in issuing credentials at the Spanish consulate in Havana

According to official information, the operation of the new appointment request system, which will be operational before the end of the legal deadline set by Law 20/2022.
