  1. Good afternoon, I just read what was published about the certification that messengers must have and present when delivering gas to homes. I see that option or variant as very successful. If that is going to be done in Santiago de Cuba, why isn't it done the same in the other provinces now that there is no gas? By the time there is gas, we messengers won't have to take the course by then. Regards.

  2. Good morning, I think it's good and it eliminates the struggle of endless queues, but I won't give my opinion anymore because this is a never-ending story. We'll see what else we find.

  3. I approve what the liquefied gas company has said about direct delivery through couriers approved and certified by the fire department of each province.
This is how we help improve and deliver directly to the people, thus avoiding the inflation that occurs at gas stations by the employee and the company of said organization. It was time to think about the people and especially about the elderly who live on a pension and could not afford to buy it on the left. This is how Cuba thinks.

  4. It is necessary to authorize the sale of gas to those who do not have a contract or to re-establish a contract for those who do not have one. The population is responsible for installing the gas tank and the rest. The most important thing is that they are guaranteed gas. We live in an area of buildings where we do not have anywhere to build a wood stove. If it is necessary to collect the contract, then it should be collected.

  5. The most convenient option is home service, including installation of the bullet... otherwise, all users would need to take the course, since otherwise, this measure is inconsistent.

      • I share my opinion, but it's also good for delivery drivers to learn and avoid accidents, especially in homes for vulnerable elderly or disabled people who don't know how to install it. But it's true that the most important thing is having cooking gas, because having the knowledge acquired in a course and not having gas available to cook food doesn't solve anything.

  6. This is a pool of dirty water. I'll get you up there, breathe a little, I'll get you down, you're drowning. The way things are going right now is that we're running out of forests because coal has to be backed up. And as for courses, you have to study them at the university right now. It's not clear if the gas has arrived, or if he's on vacation in Europe. Elementary school.

I live in the Banes Municipality and no one has been able to give me an answer with the situation we have with the

  7. Why so many specifications? What's needed is the bullet, and they don't even talk about that. Now, let's get the 500 pesos out of the messengers. And the ring, when? We Cubans can't go through any more trouble, please.

  8. They could have firefighters deliver gas cylinders to homes and thus raise money and contribute something to their salaries. They could also sell the cylinders because there haven't been any for months and we're cooking with firewood. Now all we need is to live in a cave.

  9. A very good idea, especially for this aging town. The truck that was supposed to distribute the gas cylinder was always a disappointment.
But the streets are in such poor condition that even walking is difficult.

  10. WITH SO MANY "BRAINY" PEOPLE IN HIGH PLACES, AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO DISTRIBUTE THE GAS, IS ANOTHER OF THE DETAILS THAT SPEAK OF THE TOTAL INEPTITUDE OF THE CUBAN GOVERNMENT IN ALL SPHERES.

  12. The first thing they need to guarantee is the sale of gas to the population. There hasn't been any for three months, with no hope of anything, and without informing the people of the reason for the delay. This country is truly being destroyed by such brilliant ideas. The people have become a laughingstock to those who lead us and plot strategies for the supposed well-being of Cuban society. It's all very sad.

  13. Please I don't understand anything, it took me 21 years to get it assigned to me due to illness, but it was wonderful, I had my 100 pound bullet and it lasted 4 months and they gave it to me, then they took away the large one because they needed it and gave me two 50 pound ones, everything was fine but now they want to give me one and it's not like that, I don't fuck as much because I love it and now without transportation they are going to take it home, I ask is this crazy and whoever put it doesn't know that there is no transportation or gas in Cuba to get such a crazy amount of gas, I ask who supervises this madness, what I do know is that they don't know what's going on in the country

  17. A few days ago I explained how gas was previously sold, Cupet They know the date on the controls they have when it's each client's turn and dispatch those who have been there for more than 28 days and avoid overcrowding at each point of sale and if they don't do it it's because they like to mistreat the people, I have raised this through different channels and they don't do it.

    • The first thing is to stabilize the service because right now in the entire country it is possible that everyone has gone more than 28 months without buying liquefied gas.

  18. The first thing would be to guarantee gas service, and then continue to create obstacles. Please, with the blackouts and no gas service. What will become of us? This is suffocating and desperate.

  19. We agree, but the technical condition of the tanks needs to be reviewed because a disaster could occur at any moment. Furthermore, safety standards for their handling are not enforced or met, either at provincial depots or at points of sale. The tanks are very old, with many technical defects in the valves. Currently, no measures are being taken in this regard, and they are waiting for disasters to occur before taking action. Please pay attention to this matter. Everyone sees this, but no one does anything, and even worse, no one demands it.

  21. I think home gas delivery is a very good idea, although this was already being done and there was tremendous disorder since they were the ones promoting these illegalities, selling without a contract, therefore raising the prices together with the workers at the points.

    • And those who don't have a contract due to the inefficiency of the company that is doing it, in the end we are the same population, how do we resolve it? Nobody asks why new contracts are not made available to those who don't have them?

  22. Good morning, I strongly agree with that possibility. It's necessary and necessary to implement it as soon as possible in Havana City, and even more so for the elderly. A very good solution. Good day.

  23. Hahaha, yet another mockery of the people, demanding so many courses for transporters and messengers. A service that's on the way out, like many others. Charcoal doesn't just catch fire! In Havana, the service hasn't been available for four months, and many families have to buy charcoal or cook with firewood. For God's sake, grandparents and retirees are starving to death. And here we see the government's extremism in requiring firefighting courses. Please, does anyone in the Cuban government have a single brain cell alive?

    Reply
  24. I don't understand anything. So, are gas lines eliminated? Please explain this invention of the firefighter course because if that's the case, I think the gas delivery men will be gone. Also, 500 pesos, please. That course should be free.

  25. I think this information is absurd or another way to inconvenience the people.
If it is true, it is a scam by the company in charge or by the person who had the brilliant idea of getting money from the messengers.
What they should do is provide efficient service and maintain secure negotiations with suppliers so that supplies are not lacking, as this demonstrates the incompetence of those who manage the country.

HAVE YOU ASKED YOURSELVES, HOW THE CURE IS WORSE THAN THE DISEASE? EXCUSE ME, WHOEVER CAME UP WITH THIS HAS A MIND OF IT?
