Can a person who lives in Havana and has an address in another province (Santiago) on their ID take the course?
How funny!!! You pay the PNR $50 on the black market, and they give you your license right away.
Most of the delays are in the offices of the Ministry of the Interior. When it's not due to the power supply, then there's no connection to the system. They should create a page where one can take the theoretical exam through the internet or by mobile phone.
I have a question, I did the theory and I haven't been able to do the practical because there is no car at the school, and I'm looking for a private one, how much do they charge?
When will they extend them to other provinces and municipalities, we are also Cubans, I believe.
Sincerely
Regarding the license
Can a person who is from the Province and has been living in Havana for years access this course, register?
2d after passing the theory to do the practical, the school provides you with the vehicle for the exam or the person has to find someone who has a car.
That's very good, but most of the delays are found when taking the theory test at the Ministry of the Interior offices, when there is no connection, no power. They should create a page where one can register and take the theory test from their phones.
