  1. Because in Arroyo Naranjo they do not install liquefied gas since we are close to Boyero and Luyano, 2 areas that are supplied by this route and they remove the cylinders, which is a gas that they have to pay for and solve the problems of many families, look for alternatives, those are unnecessary.

  2. I have an iPhone and an official fee registered in Cupet of LPG tank, but, on the iPhone, I can't even install Transfermovil, what should I do to access my LPG quota in tank mode?

  3. It is necessary that all the appropriate information be provided regarding the sale of gas through digital platforms, because in Havana it is not known how it will be done? According to the gas subsidiary to which I belong, we have to wait for the product to appear and then take the measures. I do not understand why there is still no announcement of this product that is so vital for the population that there are no longer any alternatives for cooking food. I only ask that we be kept informed, it does not cost anything!!!!

  4. It would be good if they at least had the delicacy, since they cannot provide the service, to explain
to customers about the situation with this product, which is so highly demanded by the population in times of constant power outages.
They don't provide information through any official means, and then speculation begins, which most of the time isn't quite true.

  5. What information is this about liquefied gas? There hasn't been gas since December and they haven't even given any explanation. What do we cook with? Firewood. Are we heading back to the caveman era?

  6. Hello, please clarify a question for me. Is it mandatory to use the transfermobile? People without a phone. How do they get their appointment? How do elderly people who are illiterate get an appointment to get gas? Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

  7. Please, I need to know how the gas will be purchased. For example, I purchased it in December because it was pending until September. I assume there are many people on the list who purchased it after me. How will they organize this? It's not fair that they receive it before I can purchase it again just because they're on the list.

  8. Many updates but the gas, which is the most important thing, is conspicuous by its absence and the worst thing is that nobody says anything about it, it seems there is no hope of them selling it again.

  9. Good afternoon, everything is very well organized now, but who can tell me when we will have liquefied gas again, because I haven't been able to enjoy the service since September, when does the blessed ship arrive? Greetings

    • With the sale of bulnerables, sales in the Informar market have increased. The workers at the points are the first to be corrupt, and wholesale sales are around the points of sale. They propose it to you directly, and it is the same workers who divert it to illegal sales.

  10. Hello, the Transfermovil app is good. I've been using it since it started, but the important thing is that there's gas. You never know when and they don't say anything. Thanks.
