  1. In Cuba there are different things why Tourism has declined due to the lack of hygiene is one of the most important things and the lack of quality water
People from Palm Beach went there and came back sick and never visited Cuba again, and like those from Canada, excrement was found scattered around the pool.
In Cuba, tourism has currently been dismantled only because it has created discredit by itself and news has spread among the same tourists that they no longer go. People return to their countries with different illnesses and I think even dead.

  2. The first thing is to remove the restrictions and make Cuba visa-free.

    to encourage tourists to come.

The other option is to remove tariffs and allow the private sector to import under strict customs regulations but without so many restrictions.

Invest in tourism, not build more hotels. That is, tourism generally comes through airports, and these are destroyed because they take away the little money they generate.

invest in special equipment, logistics and services.

require the newcomer to have a place to stay by means of an invoice or kinship so that the flow of money in the rentals can be improved.
