The company created a multidisciplinary working group, divided into three subgroups —Operations, Commercial and Communication— to evaluate the "concernscup"actions" of young people and seek viable solutions, after student threats of "strikes and walkouts."

Luis Yoel González, vice president of the FEU of the University of Pedagogical Sciences and participant in the commercial subgroup, expressed his gratitude for the openness to dialogue: “Although there are still disagreements, we must recognize the efforts of the ETECSA workers. The possibility was also proposed that Parents can declare beneficiaries of lines acquired for their minor children, as a socially sensitive solution.

  1. We do not understand that the Internet is not only for university use, that is, for studying. There are those who work there in addition to the services that Cuba provides, for example, the purchase of gasoline, which is done online, or the reservation of the palenque, a simple example, is only done online and cannot be in person. What are we talking about then?

  2. That measure of 1200 cup It's for the rich, and in a socialist country, we're all supposed to be equal. Poor are the retirees who gave their lives working for a meager pension.

  3. etecsa,
For me the presidency is irresponsible, I don't know how many times I complain. I have a page of reports to 118 network supervisor, they never gave the management's phone numbers, mobile data, not to mention, for a year it has been going around like the test to go to the cosmo but I pay it and it didn't take long and they send me a payment message, now they sent me two recharges with foreign currency at the beginning of the year and I couldn't use it because it goes around, now I put in 6 gigabytes which are 6 thousand megabytes from June 1st it was fine for 3 days and now it's still going around and I have 4 gigabytes or 4 thousand megabytes that is impossible and then Mr. Marrero talks about imposing measures which the people are unhappy with, so if they don't have good service when we pay then someone is stealing
give our money, because I can't connect to mobile data and the nauta can't see the hours I spent and has to leave,

  4. If they make any changes, they should think carefully about them, carefully considering them because lately, the leaders of this country or those who have to make decisions seem to do so lightly, only bringing problems and discontent to the population. And as for Etecsa, they put pressure on them, and now they're bringing in less money, so these changes that are being announced are also for the betterment of the people. Thank you.
