  1. The last thing they did to me was disconnect my landline service and when I call 114 they tell me it's a problem at the switchboard, that was more than 15 days ago. They are liars and scammers.

  2. It's all a lie, the Nauta Home isn't better, in case you don't have the modem you can't make the contract and you have to pay 55 dollars and not everyone has the possibility

  3. I highly doubt that ETECSA will actually have the slightest positive result after implementing the new measures, because what it did achieve with singular success was to increase the growing popular discontent, but as always, the information, which is diffuse and lacking in enlightened transparency, is sent to our ears in incredible ways.
If ETECSA had invested 5% of its profits in technology over its years of existence, the internet in Cuba would be competing with the most developed countries on the planet.

  4. ETECSA should know that 360 pesos a month isn't enough for regular communication, that is, without using mobile data. I'm an ordinary citizen; I'm not a business owner, nor am I in charge of any venture.
Those measly 360 pesos are not enough.

  5. Hello, I am a user who had landline telephone service and when I moved to Guanabacoa, the ETECSA company informed me that it was changing to TFA. This was in November of last year and I am still waiting for them to restore or rather install the service, since ETECSA apparently has new equipment to carry out such operations to improve the structure, since now it does not have it because it is legal that it does not have the equipment for the installation of the TFA, I am from Vía Blanca #4840 apt 19 between San Martin Pérez bridge and Calzada de Guanabacoa and the commercial office is in the Regla municipality.

  6. I don't know, they realize that everything is wrong, look at the rates against the base salary of a worker, it is unstoppable, they restrict your right to acquire plans, I want an active fixed rate like other companies in the world do, which compete with each other for users, but ETECSA is a monopoly and what it does is law, the biggest crime is that they are based on a currency with value in the informal market, the salary of Cubans is 11 dollars per month on average, how are they going to make ETECSA's rates so expensive.

  7. I wish ETECSA would significantly improve its services and other things, obviously not at the expense of the people.
I don't think that in such a short time and with the reduction in the purchase of data plans they are already seeing an improvement in the same economic,🤦🤦🤦.

  8. And we, the sports, physical culture, and recreation teachers, who sent evidence, what decision will they make in this regard? And the disabled, who depend on a check, how do they communicate? Suggestions: Before making a decision, consult with the people, who are in charge, to avoid conflicts and negative opinions. I can't speak until after July 12th because the $360 cuc I don't have enough for the month. It would have been better to leave it as it was, so the company wouldn't be affected. Whenever I issue a resolution, it always affects the people who study, work, and defend their country. Reflect and meditate. That's why there are advisors and people with cultural training. Kind regards.

  9. My TFA was supposedly broken after I reported it more than 2 years ago and they called me to fix it. After an endless line, they received it and a few days later they supposedly fixed it, and then they started waiting in line again. It never worked, but they deduct the monthly balance even if it's not used. They called me in a threatening tone saying that if I didn't pay what I owed (without using their service), of course I didn't even remember the existence of the damn TFA, they would cut off all my services, meaning they would cancel my phone line. In the end, they demand rights but don't fulfill their obligations. In Holguín, for any procedure, you have to wait in line in the sun when there's electricity to answer.

  10. Greetings, my landline and that of my parents, who are both seniors, 75 and 77 years old, have been waiting for a "cable" connection since November 2024, according to what they tell us, and with no hope of anything. We are worried.cupUntil now we have been paying monthly for the telephone service, but this month it was not the case, which is extremely worrying.cupdoors.

    • Well, I've had it since April 2024, pending on cable too and nothing, they only put 200 minutes on the mobile, equivalent to 3 hours, which just talking to my mom, an elderly person, is gone in no time, but...

  11. FOR THE ELDERLY WHO HAVE KEY PHONES AND THOSE OF US WHO PURCHASED KEY PHONES AT ETECSA, WHAT WILL WE DO BECAUSE THE ANDROID HAS WATSAP AND MINUTES TO TALK IN 2 PARTIES, AND FOR US WHO HAVE NO CONNECTION OR POWER ALMOST NEVER, WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

  12. And those who have keypad phones, for example, older people and where there is no power and no connection, how do they get minutes to call, because the one who has an android is WhatsApp and minutes to talk and we

  13. My TFA doesn't work without electricity, I can practically never use it, since it's 19 hours without electricity.
Can I request to be switched to a landline?
Or what can I do to have the service?

  14. The students had to protest so they could invent a sector-specific data plan. Once again, this demonstrates the inequality within the population. Because let's not kid ourselves, neither 6 GB, nor 12, nor 18, nor 24, nor 30 GB is enough for university students to study and download all the content they need to present projects and research.
