  1. There are still many unresolved cases that I personally don't understand how it's possible, and sometimes I question the way they work. In particular, my brother and I were denied a case in 2019 for the same reason. I filed an appeal. In January 2024, my brother obtained his Spanish citizenship. Now I ask, "Is it applicable?" Why is my brother eligible and I'm still waiting. What's happening? I need a review of my case and a positive response. Thank you very much for your service.

  5. Good, but Cuba doesn't do anything, nothing. What a long delay. The Spanish government should take action. In the end, we want to go to work and contribute to Spain. We just want them to help us streamline our processes. It takes months and months to collect documents: six months for credentials, six or seven months for a full-page report. More than two for a passport. Not to mention the other procedures, which are a lucrative profit for the managers. Our lives are spent between money and time. Our physical and mental health is being eroded. It's time to get our act together.
