Miami-Dade County residents have the opportunity to obtain or renew their driver's licenses without leaving their community thanks to mobile operations taking place throughout the month of May.

According to the television channel Telemundo 51, these services would seek to facilitate access to essential procedures, especially for seniors, working families, and citizens with limited mobility.

The program, which has been active since late April, will continue through May at various strategic locations in Miami County, South Florida, a city that is home to hundreds of thousands of Cubans.

These mobile units allow for tasks such as issuing or renewing driver's licenses, reporting stolen licenses, making address or name changes, and even responding to home requests for those in need.
