Can someone trained, informed, educated, and truly Cuban please tell me why the internet connection in Cotorro, Havana is so depressing? A 37mb file takes 20 to 30 minutes, and once it told me there were 17 days left to finish the download. I can't see the difference between 2G and 4G. YouTube is to die for, the videos stop, and don't even talk about downloading apps... I appreciate your response.
What will happen then to people who received top-ups from abroad? What about the 30-day benefit?
In Playa Girón, there has been no landline telephone service, Wi-Fi or 11G internet service since Sunday, May 4, Mother's Day. Why do they exclude it as not being affected? It has only arrived at times in very limited quantities.
ETECSA always has a justification, but when it comes to working with quality, because the connection, as it can be said in all words, is useless, the only thing they do is steal users' data, going around and not connecting.
