The Cuban Telecommunications Company, ETECSA, has informed its customers and users of the Transfer mobile platform that it will be interrupted due to technical work, according to the newspaper Granma.
"Etecsa informs #Transfermóvil users that maintenance work will be carried out on the service platform during the early hours of Thursday the 16th, which will prevent its operation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," reads the company's message posted on Twitter and republished by Granma.
Exactly one week ago, Etecsa reported that the Transfermóvil app was experiencing technical issues with intermittent operation, and also apologized for the inconvenience caused.
Two days later, he confirmed that after monitoring the platform's performance, he observed "proper operation without incidents."
Transfermóvil is one of the most popular mobile applications with a national footprint in recent years, as it enables the development of various financial transactions within the Cuban government's stated objectives for developing e-government.

We suggest Etecsa consider including the fixed fee payment for Nauta Hogar through a direct mobile transfer. Currently, this is possible, but it requires a transfer, like a top-up to Nauta Hogar, and then payment. It's quite cumbersome. Please.
