Good evening. Excellent service from the staff at this embassy. On the day of my appointment, January 14th, 2025 I felt satisfied.
It's nearly impossible to access the scheduling page, which can be disorienting and stressful. There's no clear, detailed information on how to schedule an appointment and follow the proper process here in Cuba, despite the numerous posts on social media from many experienced people. It puts you off.
Good morning, I am interested in knowing and I am worried.cupHow the attention and service at the Portuguese embassy has degenerated, considered one of those that provided the best service and attention to the public, we have currently seen poor treatment, misinformation, inattention, is it a new regulation or a personnel problem,
The appointment request page is useless, it doesn't load properly, and the staff at the Havana embassy are terrible.
