The Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) has informed its external international recharge partners of a pause in the recharge service due to planned maintenance.
Maintenance work is expected to begin at 7:00 p.m. this Friday, October 25, 2019, and continue until 11:59 p.m. local time on Saturday, October 26, 2019.
During planned maintenance, Cubacel top-up services, Nautas top-ups, and prepaid landline phone payments from abroad will be affected.

We advise all interested parties who wish to use the top-up service in the next few hours to do so before 7:00 p.m. Cuban time.

- Lock / Unlock
- Sending SMS to 2266
- Some Features of the My Cubacel Portal
