ETECSA updates the web version of the Nauta portal

In order to offer greater security to its users and more details about the service, ETECSA has decided to launch an improved version of its Nauta web portal.

The portal can be accessed via mobile data configured with the Nauta APN, through Wi-Fi access points, or from the Nauta Home service. Access is free in all cases.

The portal maintains its access URL: https://www.portal.nauta.cu

Some of the security improvements include the reinstatement of the verification code (captcha) and the valid SSL certificate for a secure connection.

The most significant new features are:

-If you are a customer of the service Nauta Home You can prepay your monthly fee from the Portal using your account balance, without having to go to the sales office.

-In addition to Connections, three new pieces of information are added to the “Operations Details”:

  1. Refills: It reflects the date, time, and amount of the recharge, as well as the method used.
  2. Transfers: Displays the date, time, amount, and destination account of the transfer.
  3. Quota fund: This submenu will only be displayed for customers with the Nauta Home service. It shows details of the amounts used to pay the monthly fee, as well as the service interruption bonus and any adjustments, if applicable, all related to Nauta.

The “?” (Help) option and the verification code (captcha) are also included; the latter must be entered along with the username and password to enter the Nauta User Portal.
