  4. I need to know how long it takes and how to know if the website is active to apply for a visa. If I have already applied for a tourist card, I can apply for a visa. Is it necessary to make an appointment or present the requirements at the embassy.

    • I had the interview on July 3rd with my 8-year-old daughter. Despite having brought the MINREX certificates more than a month before the appointment, they weren't there because they said they were overdue. So I presented the receipts, but they didn't accept them. Therefore, I missed my daughter's appointment, and we had already planned to travel with my parents in September to celebrate my mother's birthday there. I have to reschedule, but no more appointments have opened. My daughter is very disappointed. Please, what can I do?
