Temporary interruption of electronic payment services in Cuba

Payment Services RED SA has announced that electronic payment services in Cuba will be temporarily suspended this Sunday between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.

The measure is part of preventative maintenance of its systems, planned to coincide with the change to winter time.

According to a statement issued by RED SA, the outage will affect several key services, including ATM operations, the EnZona payment platform, the Point of Sale (POS) network, and bank transfers made through Transfermóvil. The entity, responsible for managing the country's ATM network, stated that this maintenance is part of its periodic actions to optimize the performance and security of its systems.

RED SA recommends that users plan their operations in advance to avoid inconveniences during the time window when services will be unavailable.
