Top-up shipments to Cuba will be temporarily suspended on December 31st.

Following the change in the official currency in Cuba from the convertible peso CUC to the Cuban peso CUP Starting January 1, 2021, international top-up service to Cuba will be interrupted for approximately 10 hours.

• If after January 1st, you have not completed the integration of the new product in CUP and wish to continue using the offer on CUC During this transition period, please note that the lowest denomination will be 11 CUC. Additionally, to receive the benefits of future promotions, you will need to send 22 CUC instead of 20 CUC.
• We have added to your price list the new Nauta product in CUP. If you decide to continue using the Nauta offer in CUC During the transition, please note that the lowest denomination for this product is 11 CUC.
• Due to the monetary change that is taking place in Cuba and that will take effect on January 1, 2021, From 31/12/2020 22:00 PM (Cuban time) to 01/01/2021 08:00 AM (Cuban time) the International Recharge process will be interrupted.

From 31/12/2020 10 PM (Cuban time) to 01/01/2021 8 AM (Cuban time) all communication systems Etecsa will be interrupted at that time.
