  1. I want to know why in one part of Buenavista there's only water service for two or three hours in the early morning? Why do they frequently leave us without water?
Why is it that despite raising complaints at all levels, no one resolves the problem?
The authorities must understand that they are damaging the health of the population, who on alternate days are left awake, watching over the drops of water they apply. This is mistreatment; there are sick people, elderly people, and people who have to go to work. Where is the management of Delegates and Council Presidents?
Why is no one giving the population an answer? Aguas de la Habana and its officials should take action to see if the population can stop suffering.
