You should know:  

• All prices are per person.
• You have the right to enjoy the product for which you have paid.
• Please retain your receipt as proof of payment. Losing it will invalidate your right to enjoy the package.

• On the bus, seats are personal, with the exception of children under 2 years old.
• Children between 2 and 11.99 years of age are considered minors.
• Pets are not allowed on buses and in hotels.
• The client must carry his/her personal identification document (ID card or minor's card) with him/her during the excursion.
• The hotel must deliver your room to you by 04:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is by 12:00 pm on the last day.
• For any complaints, please submit them to your salesperson within 48 hours of your stay at the hotel, and if possible, leave a written record of your dissatisfaction in the hotel's guest book. We will respond within 72 hours of submitting your complaint.
• Remember to bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR CHILDREN

• In this catalogue, when the term under 2 years is used, it refers to the age between 1 day after birth and the day before the second birthday.
• When expressed from 2 to up to twelve years, it refers to the age between 2 years and the day before turning 12, which is why twelve-year-olds are considered adults.
• Children must be of the same age at the time of program enrollment, i.e., on the date of their hotel stay, not at the time of purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

•  When canceled before or within 72 hours of the reservation, the guest will receive a full refund. *When canceled within 100 hours of the reservation, the guest will be charged 24% of the first night's total.
• If it is on the same day or there is a no-show, the client will be penalized with the first night.
