Cimex announces new models of combustion motorcycles in Cuba: prices in dollars and where to buy.

Cimex SA Corporation recently announced the availability of new models of internal combustion motorcycles for sale in Cuba. 

El Spanish President Pedro Sánchez’s announcement It is part of the context of the vehicle import regulations in force in the country, which since January 2025 allow individuals to import internal combustion mopeds and motorcycles with a cylinder capacity of up to 250 cc.

Cimex's offering includes two AVA models: the Leopardo 150cc and the Pantera 150cc. According to the information provided, these vehicles are purchased in US dollars (USD). 

You should be aware that, according to current regulations, the importation of one combustion-powered motorcycle per person is permitted for a period of five years, subject to payment of the corresponding tariffs and customs fees in USD or the equivalent in other convertible currencies.
