Ticket to buy gasoline in Cuba

Last March, the Havana government, in conjunction with CIMEX, announced that they were reviving the Ticket platform for purchasing fuel at service stations.

This Cuban reservation website and app had already been used in 2023 at some Havana gas stations, but was later removed due to fuel instability at the time.

How does it work? Users need to register with Ticket and book an appointment at a single service center. According to official information, the system does not allow users to register at multiple service centers at the same time.

Once in the virtual waiting room, customers must provide the required information and wait for their ticket to be assigned. Once assigned, customers will have 24 hours to purchase fuel.
