The Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) warned its users about the importance of recharging and performing other services from abroad through its official distributors.
"Do you live in another country and want to give an international top-up to a family member or friend in Cuba? For greater security and support, only top up through our official distributors," they stated. X.
According to its official website, these are the services that can be paid for from outside Cuba:

From abroad, it is also possible to top up balance to Cuban mobile lines (with a minimum value equivalent to 250 CUP) through international distributors with which ETECSA has established agreements:

Once purchased, they can be picked up at the ETECSA sales office indicated at the time of purchase, upon presentation of the necessary documentation sent by the distributor.
2.a. Unlimited home internet offer
Customers with home internet service will be able to enjoy 24 hours a day, for 30 days, by purchasing an unlimited internet offer (with different speeds up to 10 Mbps) through the distributor. https://cuba.dtone.com (online client Suena Cuba).
2.b. Unlimited internet offer for Nauta browsing accounts
Users will be able to purchase Nauta browsing accounts for unlimited internet access for 15 or 30 days (depending on the selected offer). They can do so from home (if they have internet service at home), in Wi-Fi hotspots, and browsing rooms. 2.c. MiTransfer Wallet
From abroad, it is also possible to top up the MiTransfer Wallet USD account through the distributor. https://www.vidaipay.com.

I don't remember the wallet PIN and I've been to several ETECSA offices, banks, etc. and no one knows how to delete the old PIN to be able to activate the wallet again.
Does anyone know how I can remove the previous registration and register again?
