ETECSA has begun sending a new message to its users to identify when they receive an international top-up during its current promotion.
The official announcement comes with the offer valid from June 23rd to June 29th. 2025, in which customers who receive an international recharge between 500 CUP and 1250 CUP, carried out through official distributors, will see tripled the amount recharged to your main balance. In addition, they will receive Unlimited data valid from 12:00 am to 7:00 am for 30 days.
According to the state company, the message that customers will receive from the Cubacel recipient will be the following:
“ETECSA: International Recharge. You received 500 CUP. Transaction 749368699. Triple your top-up and unlimited data from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. (valid for 30 days). See 222#.”
Details of the current Etecsa promotion:
- The principal balance obtained will be valid for 330 days plus an additional 180, counting from the last recharge received.
- Unlimited data will only be available during the indicated hours (12:00 am to 7:00 am), for a period of 30 consecutive days from activation.
- If the customer has active data plans or bonuses, these will not be affected nor will their validity be extended.
- The same applies to minute or SMS bundles: their expiration dates remain unchanged.
ETECSA reminds that recharges must be made exclusively through its dealers, which are:

International top-up prices are too high, and there are very few benefits. They should reconsider. Because the relatives who receive them abroad work hard to pay such high prices.
