  1. They are outdated, I have been waiting for 1 credentials for my stepson and his uncle for a year, April 3 and May 2. This is really crazy. Now when they put the new system in place, it will collapse because everyone who does not have a credential will have to send their documents again through the new system. This will never end.

  2. Good evening, the change is very good, but I think it should have been made earlier, there is little time for the law to end and there are descendants requesting credentials since September/23 where their children received a username and password to make an appointment and they have not been able to because their parents still do not have credentials because the ones they requested in September/23 and March/25 were ignored, therefore now if I do not receive the credentials before June 23, my daughter is left out because she loses that username and password. I know of a group that is in that situation and today a complaint was submitted to general affairs again with a list of the 25 that remain pending for 2023. I hope it is resolved.cucI have our claims
