This luneOn June 16, the new Cuban soap opera begins on Cubavisión. Return to the heart, a story that seeks to move and connect with the audience through love and family conflicts.
According to an article replicated in the newspaper Escambray, the novel will be broadcast on lunes, Wednesday and Friday nights, at the usual time of Holy Saturdays, which it replaces.
Written by Santiago-born author Alberto Jaime Salmón and screenwriter Yoel Monzón, and directed by Loysis Inclán and Eduardo Eimil, the film focuses on an emotional, visually compelling narrative that speaks to Cuban reality.

According to the details provided, the story begins with a family dedicated to the flower business, but gradually touches on deeper themes such as Alzheimer's, bullying, diversity, second chances, and the healing power of love. All of this is combined with secrets, betrayals, and the challenges of the artistic world.
Alejandra, played by Gabriela Álvarez, is a strong and sensitive woman who takes on the leadership of an art agency while trying to organize her emotional life. Diego, her co-star, is a father trying to rebuild his life after a breakup. The character is played by Enrique Bueno. A relationship marked by chemistry and complicity develops between them.
According to Loysis Inclán, general director, the idea was to create a story with a "visual freshness distinct from the everyday," featuring landscapes of fields, rivers, sunflowers, and palm trees. "I just hope you like this love story between Alejandra and Diego, that you can experience it with them and be as moved as we were while creating it," she said.
Inclán assures that the novel speaks of “returning to the heart,” and that beyond romance, it also deals with the ties that unen: “feeling, friendship, family… everything that illuminates.”
