The Cimex Corporation has announced the availability of new combustion motorcycles on the island.
In a message on Facebook, they promoted a Furia brand scooter, with a displacement of 150 cc and which can be purchased at the agency located on 20th Street, between 1st and 3rd, Miramar, Playa, Havana.
The price of this motorcycle is $2,370.00 and payment is in dollars. This means that those interested cannot purchase it with the so-called credit cards. MLC.
How expensive is it? This specific model can be found for between $1,200 and $1,400 USD at the current exchange rate in some Latin American markets. However, it's well known that motorcycle and scooter prices are considerably higher in Cuba than in other countries in the region due to import taxes, limited supply, and high demand.
From the same brand, Cimex has previously offered the “Hurricane” model, for a price of $4,615.00.
Motorcycle sales and imports in the provinces of Cuba
The Cuban corporation recently announced the start of sales in the province of Camagüey: "We are pleased to announce the start of sales of combustion motorcycles in the center of the country."
