User J. Hernández made this clear in a Cimex post: “I still don’t understand how they’re making calls to the power plants if it’s been 11 days since I registered the plant at my Commercial Office and I still haven’t been able to enter the Waiting Room and Ticket doesn’t know how to respond to this problem, they have their cell phones turned off, they don’t answer the landline.”

The Cuban booking platform, Ticket, responded: "You can write to us on our website's messenger and you will be assisted." However, the complaints continue to be repeated on the official channel of the Cuban corporation.

  1. Good afternoon, I need you to explain to me why if I registered a power plant on April 3 and they told me to wait a week to get the appointment until the date it won't let me register, it tells me that the ID is not valid and nobody can give me an explanation of what is happening in the electric company, they tell me that they already passed the number and the colleagues of the application say that they don't have it and then who solves the problem, thank you

  2. It's incredible what we see in this country: they make sense for power plants in places where blackouts are almost non-existent and they apologize when they schedule them, and where there are streetlights, the issue is not discussed and there is no gasoline for pedestrians.
