How does shipment tracking work?
Simply put, the Correos de Cuba website performs a classification using the information provided by the sender. Together, both websites (17track and Correos de Cuba) locate the shipment and provide the requester with an approximate estimate of its location.
The Post Office that handles package shipments notifies you of the arrival of your shipment with a telegram that may take approximately 15 days to arrive.
We recommend you keep calling the Post Office. It's always safer to call to find out the status of your belongings. If the sender pays for home delivery, the package will arrive at your home and you won't have to worry.cuparse to go pick it up.
On the Correos de Cuba website and on 17track, you can check if your shipment has been placed in the red channel. This occurs when your package includes items with special requirements (telecommunications, household appliances, or others).
On the official Correos de Cuba website, you can find out how much you'll pay for your shipment using the rate calculator. Check it before going to the Post Office.
How to pick up your shipment in Cuba?
Once the shipment tracking is complete, it's time to pick it up. On the day you pick up your shipment, you must bring the notification telegram and your ID to the Post Office.
The postman serving your area may also notify you to stop by the post office to pick up the package.
Not all Correos de Cuba post offices handle international packages. You will receive a telegram at the address provided by the sender. You must pick up your package at the Post Office indicated in the telegram.
