What are the numbers for tracking Cuban Post?

Shipments are grouped into two categories, and the main criterion for classification is based on weight: up to 2 kg are small packages; those over 2 kg are shipments. Shipments to Cuba up to 2 kg may not be trackable, but larger shipments, known as "shipments," are always recorded. Express deliveries via EMS are also assigned a tracking number.

  1. In my opinion, I have also been a victim of theft and nothing happens, and based on all the reviews I have read here.
YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST CUBAN POST OFFICE, IN ITS MONOPOLY ON THEFT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER. And as Panfilo said: whatever they give you, don't take it, or take it because there is blatantly no other option.

  2. In Cienfuegos, about 3 years ago, 4 packages were stolen from me at the Juanita post office and I even saw the director Isel because they detected who stole it and nothing happened, so I advise if you use this method to track the package from the moment it leaves and be very careful when it enters Cuba and be on high alert when it arrives in Cienfuegos.

  3. I was tracking a shipment that was sent to me from the 24th in Portugal and now the tracker tells me that there is no shipment with that number when at the beginning it was given to me as transit.

  4. 44 days ago I received a shipment from Spain, as you advise we filed a claim and the Spanish Post Office claims that the package left for Cuba on September 28th, please do not send me to file any more claims, if the person designated to do this job cannot do it, throw it out, damn it, it is degrading that a package takes longer to arrive in a province than from one country to another... I am waiting for my son's medication because it is impossible for me to obtain it here.
    Cc019913075es is the tracking number.

  5. Good afternoon, how does sending money by money order work? Isn't it supposed to arrive the same day? The Spanish Post Office tells me that the money will arrive in 10 minutes... How is it possible that my relatives go to the Post Office there and are told there's no money or that the money hasn't arrived?
Thank you in advance for your response.

    • Hello, I need to know. I'm waiting for a certified letter from Italy. They traced it from that country and they say it's in Cuba, but it hasn't arrived at its destination. It's been 60 days and it hasn't appeared. I want you to give me an answer. Thank you.

  7. Yolanda Tozo, it's shameful that relatives try to help their families in Cuba since the government can't and yet the shipments take so long and they use justifications *** because if there was shame, responsibility and a love for the people, more workers would be put in to keep up and not accumulate packages that get damaged, where is the respect for the people, nobody cares, of course it's not their money or family, how many years do they need to be up to date?

  16. Good afternoon, how is it possible that a shipment was sent from March 7th to April 25th, and the page still says it was delivered to customs for exports? There must be some problem, because it can't be so many months and the package hasn't left. I need a response, please. This is the shipment number: CP003464643CU

  17. They take so long to deliver that the page says the shipment has been in transit for too long. Before, they took too long and it was annoying. Now it's worse.

  18. It's very bad, all shipments take up to four months to arrive. And to top it off, the ones we've received recently here in Venezuela have been removed from the warehouse, which they claim cannot be transported. At the time of shipment, they aren't prohibited there, and they used to make and deliver them normally. Now they've started removing things, and the shipments are arriving incomplete.

  19. When I try to track the package I get this information:
Your tracking information has not been found. Possible reasons:
1: The carrier has not yet accepted your package.
2: The carrier has not yet scanned and entered your package's tracking information into their system.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4: Your tracking number has expired or has been removed from the carrier's system.
The code number is correct. Could you give me an explanation? Thank you.

  20. This shipping method from Cuba to Brazil is deficient because they do not look for solutions to this problem. It is huge.
My shipment was delivered on May 3rd and has not arrived yet.
Can you tell me what the solution is or if it is collected again in that Cuban mail since you are not going to leave according to the deficient solution of the problem.

    • Good morning Pedro L., in this case you must contact the Cuban Post Office directly ([email protected]) and make a claim for the delay time.
The last reading of your package is at the Cuban export center:
2019-06-03 09:55 CUBA, object received in export unit
So it should soon appear in Brazil.

  21. Hello, since June 20th, according to the tracking information, my package from Brazil has already been released by Cuban customs, and it still hasn't arrived in Granma. Why is it taking so long? How is it possible that it takes longer from Havana to Granma than from Brazil to Havana?

  22. Good morning, I need to know about a package I sent 16 days ago containing medicine for my mother, who is in serious health condition. I tracked the package, and the Italian Post Office informed me it has been in Cuban customs for ten days. Is there a technical problem? The package number is: RC031750980IT. Recipient: Maria Leonor Valdes Sanchez.
I've sent packages several times and they've never been in customs for so long. Thank you for your help.

  23. Cuba's cirques are the most inefficient in mail, not even with the 500 years of Havana will they change even if there are a thousand. It is a failed company, not even the apps work.uneShipping company and they tell you that this company does not exist. It must have competition to overcome and disappear as a leading entity in Cuba.

    • Correos de Cuba is the worst postal company I've ever seen. I've sent packages from all over the world and they arrive efficiently from one place to another. In Cuba, even if the package arrives, it takes months to reach its destination and sometimes they arrive damaged or sometimes they don't arrive at all even with the tracking and confirmation that the package arrived on time in Cuba. For thousands of Cubans, it's a betrayal of our own ideals, an affront to integrity, respect for others' property, privacy, efficiency, and everything good that a society can have, creating unrest among people who are obligated to access this service, which we don't understand how it works, being the leader, worse than any private agency. In my opinion... it should be called the devil's mail or the mail of human deception.
