How to make an appointment at the Panamanian Consulate in Cuba?

If you are Cuban and want a visa stamped in your passport for travel to Panama, you will need to book an appointment to be seen at the Consulate of that country in Cuba.

The good news is that it is already active the official website of the Panamanian Consulate, where you have the option to book your appointment online to be seen at the Consulate and have the opportunity to apply for your travel visa.

The Panamanian Consulate's online system will provide you with a pre-appointment when you complete the digital form. You should wait to be officially notified of whether or not you have been granted a formal appointment.

To find out if you have been given an interview appointment to apply for your stamped visa and the date of the interview, you can check your appointment date on the Panamanian Consulate's website. Once you have the date for your official interview, you just need to be at the Panamanian Embassy in Havana on the indicated day at 8:30 a.m., the time when those with appointments scheduled for that day will be called.

You will be given a form once you enter the Embassy. You must complete all the information requested on the form clearly and without erasures. You can seek advice from the Embassy staff member assigned for this purpose, who will be available to assist you.

Please note that you must bring three life-size photos to submit on the same day; they will be requested to complete your application. With your form and photos, you will be seen at your scheduled time, in the order you arrive.
