PROCEDURES TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE POPULATION APPROVED IN DECREE LAW 322 OF JULY 31, 2014

Construction License for the following works:

Construction Permit for the following works:

No Construction License or Work Authorization is granted for:

The application for a Construction License by natural persons is accompanied by:

■ Document proving the perpetual right to surface, ownership of the vacant lot, or the transfer of use of the roof in the case of new constructions.

■ Document proving ownership of the property, if applicable.

■ Executive project of the construction actions to be carried out.

■ Stamp of the corresponding stamp.

 

The application for a Building Permit by natural persons is accompanied by:

■ Ownership of the property.

■ Sketch or project of the construction or assembly actions to be carried out, duly dimensioned, prepared by the Community Architect or an authorized family member.

Certificate of Habitability Once the work is completed, the person requests the Certificate of Habitability from the Physical Planning official. Natural persons submit their application for the allocation of plots or vacant lots with the following information:

■ Request and its justification.

■ Applicant's first and last names, ID card, home address, location, and family composition.

■ Affidavit stating that you do not own another home, nor do you own a plot or vacant lot to build a home using your own efforts.

Applications must be submitted in writing and must include the parties' personal information, the address where the property is located, the intended action (donation or sale), and the title proving the ownership.

Assignment of use of roof terrace

Those interested in granting the use of the roof for housing should submit a written request with:

■ General information of the parties.

■ Definition of the act by which you intend to transfer the use of the roof (with or without payment).

■ Address where the home is located.

■ Specify whether all or part of the land is being transferred. If only part, define the area to be transferred.

■ Technical report stating that the property can withstand new construction, issued by the Community Architect and a sketch reflecting the data referred to in the previous section.

■ Title certifying ownership of the property. In the case of multi-family buildings, this must have the written consent of all the owners residing there.

EXPLANATORY NOTE: THE PROCEDURES REFERRED TO ABOVE MUST BE REQUESTED AT THE PROCEDURES MANAGEMENT OFFICES OF THE CORRESPONDING MUNICIPAL HOUSING OFFICES, BEFORE THE PHYSICAL PLANNING OFFICER LOCATED THERE, AND IF THESE DO NOT EXIST, AT THE MUNICIPAL PHYSICAL PLANNING OFFICES.
